Donald Trump has been enthusiastically welcomed by hundreds of thousands of fans on day one of a whirlwind visit to India.
The US President spoke at a newly-opened cricket stadium where he praised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a close friend, and a tough negotiator.
